The Covid-19 pandemic brought us some interesting stories about how the Israeli tech scene is developing at an impressive pace. And Fintech-Aviv has not been resting too, as we can currently see the ripe fruits of their work.
They are the organizers behind the Annual Summit, and they have successfully managed to throw 80 events that bring Investors, Corporations, and Startups together. It is all part of the FinTech Week that takes place in Tel-Aviv each year. 2021 edition is no different!
Most of the countries are still trying to figure a lot of things out when it comes to vaccine rollout, the pandemic exit day, and the potential outcomes for the economy, while Israel has a lot of these problems already sorted out. They were one of the first countries to start coming back to the relative ‘normality’.
Behind the scenes of the Annual Summit
Equitech’s Tal Sharon, who is also one of the main personas behind FinTech-Aviv project, shared some very interesting background of the Summit. He expressed Israeli FinTech Association’s (FinTech-Aviv) mission of providing quality, and professionally curated FinTech content for its members. The idea of forming the Association was incepted in 2014, and currently it has more than 30,000 members from all across the globe.
The last year’s event managed to be organized before the first lockdown of 2020, and this year’s edition will present the newest tools, that may become the new normality of post-pandemic events. All this, to ensure delivering the best user experience possible. The high engagement between the attendees and guests will offer something really close to a physical feeling via the digital platform.
